- 2 (5-oz.) cans water-packed tuna
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 tbsp shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 8 slices whole-wheat bread

Makes: 8 triangles
Step 1: Combine tuna, mayonnaise, apple, and cheese in a medium bowl.
Step 2: For each sandwich, spread ¼ cup of the tuna mixture on a piece of bread. Top with tomato slices and another piece of bread.
Step 3: Carefully cut into triangles (Telly's favorite shape). Enjoy!
