Oh no—porridge shortage on Sesame Street! Telly rushes to tell Baby Bear, who's getting ready to hibernate until spring (when there will be porridge again). What is Telly supposed to do for five months without a best friend?
Telly and Baby Bear set up a play date for the spring and say goodbye. Then the bears try to go to sleep, but they're not tired. They call Max Bear, a hibernation consultant, for help. He tells them their cottage is too warm, they should go outside where it's cold. He also suggests they eat something before they hibernate. Chris brings them cereal from Hooper's Store, and the bears are crazy about it. In fact, it's so good they decide to eat it all winter long…and not hibernate.
Cuddle up with your little cub and watch him learn all about the fascinating science concept of hibernation!
