Episode Summary

When Elmo notices that Zoe is acting strange around the dogs in the neighborhood, he asks whether she is scared of them. Zoe insists that it's her pet rock, Rocco, who is afraid of dogs, not her.

Elmo offers to help Rocco overcome his fear by introducing him to a neighborhood dog that wears a tutu like Zoe's! But just as Zoe (and Rocco) are starting to get comfortable with the dog, she barks, and Zoe runs away.

Elmo finds Zoe hiding and together they tell Gina about Rocco's fear of dogs. Gina teaches them what to do when meeting a new dog and after practicing on Elmo, Zoe tries out the technique on Barkley. It works!

Zoe announces that she—or rather Rocco—is no longer afraid of dogs and happily joins Bob and Barkley for a walk around the neighborhood.
