Episode Summary

It's a beautiful spring day on Sesame Street when Elmo tells Chris he's going to go sledding. Huh? Chris reminds Elmo that there's no snow—it's spring! He has to wait for the seasons to change. But Elmo's not happy about it.

Abby recites a weather spell to change the seasons, but makes a mistake and changes it to summer, then to fall. She gives it one last try, and it works—it's freezing cold and snowy! What's more, Baby Bear is hibernating until spring. When Chris explains that that the seasons have to come in their own time, Elmo realizes that changing seasons wasn't such a good idea after all, and Abby finally transforms Sesame Street back to spring.

What season is it where you live? Together with your child, notice signs of the season outside and talk about the changes different seasons bring.
